RETURNS & EXCHANGES -

At Daniel Poole every article is made with care and I want you to enjoy every purchase for years to come. Recommend us to friends and family. Hopefully in 20 years you will be able to sell it on E bay for more than you paid now! Check out Daniel Poole on E bay! Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your product even if you wish to keep it. We want to know! If you would like to make a return, just email us members@danielpoole.com. Please also note the following returns and exchanges conditions below:

1. All returns or exchanges must begin with the email.

2. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, dp Daniel Poole will incur postage and refund this to you. When sending back your return, we recommend you get a tracking number, just in case it needs to be tracked down.

3. Item(s) must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the goods.

4. Goods must be in original condition, with all tags still intact. Items soiled with make up, dirt, food, tanning products etc. will not be accepted, unless it is our fault.

5. We only accept returns online from dp online customers. Please, if you bought it from another shop you must send back to them. But please let us know.

6. Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability - if your requested bag is not available, then a credit note will be issued and you will be notified via email. Alternatively, a refund can also be made at your request.

7. Please note, no refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items unless it has a fault, in which case we will replace it!

8. We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.

 

FAQ /RETURNS - 

What defines faulty? Faulty items include:

1. Manufacturing faults.

2. Goods that have been wrongly described.

3. Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered.

4. Goods that do not do what they are supposed to.

5. Goods that have defects that were not obvious or we did not prior bring to your attention.

Please note that dp Daniel Poole reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time. Please contact us if you have any enquiries.

 

DELIVERY - 

By placing an order with dp Daniel Poole, you are responsible for original shipping charges (unless you qualify for free shipping or we are offering a free shipping promotion), all applicable taxes, customs and duty import fees and the cost of return shipping back to PI’A for exchanges and refunds. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. You can see more information about shipping here

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY - 

While dp Daniel Poole makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or the entire order.

All campaign images seen on a model and product images where the background is white and worn by a model on the dp Daniel Poole website are copyright of DANIELPOOLE LTD. and under no circumstances available for use by other entities without express written consent from DANIELPOOLE LTD.
